1. Admission and Enrolment

• Parents/guardians are required to provide accurate and complete information regarding the child’s previous education and health history.

2. Fees and Payment

• Tuition and related fees must be paid according to the school’s fee schedule.

• Late payments may incur penalties. Continued failure to pay fees may result in suspension or cancellation of enrolment.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. School Hours

• School Opening Hours: 08:00 – 15:00.

• Arrival and Dismissal:

  • The school gate opens at 08:00 and closes at 08:30 in the morning.

  • The gate reopens at 14:45 for pick-up.

• It is important that children are dropped off and collected within these times to ensure safety and minimize disruptions.

4. Attendance and Conduct

• Regular attendance is crucial for academic progress. Parents are expected to inform the school promptly of any absences.

• Students are expected to follow school rules and behave respectfully. Any form of bullying, misconduct, or disruption will be addressed promptly.

5. Communication and Updates

• The school will communicate important updates via email, SMS, and circulars. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to stay informed.

• Parents must notify the school of any changes in contact information.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

• All personal and academic information provided will be kept confidential and used only for educational purposes.

• Photographs or videos of students may be used for school publications, website, and social media unless otherwise requested in writing.
